Rural hospitals deserve the same caliber of consulting that larger urban systems obtain - at a reasonable rate. That conviction is why this practice exists, and why it serves rural organizations exclusively: we live rural life ourselves, we love it, and we intend to see it succeed. All client work is led and delivered personally by Nick McLeod — nearly two decades of rural Kansas grant development, grant administration, and healthcare consulting. Since 2007, we've secured more than $25 million for rural organizations — hospitals, cities, schools, and nonprofits in towns most consulting firms have never heard of. Awards range from $5,000 community grants to multi-million-dollar hospital capital projects.
